We offer 2 different classes:
- HIIT training
The classes are disigned for a full body workout in a safe, non competitive environment. Combining boxing/plyo moves with invigorating aerobic exercises.
- Strenghten and tone your core, abs, arms and shoulders
- Burn fat
- Bust stress and build confidence
- Stay motivated in a friendly group environment
Boxing pads and gloves are provided or feel free to bring your own(boxfit). Please wear breathable clothing that lets you move, bring a bottle of water and it's also a good idea to keep a towel handy!
