After 19 years as a chef, including 8 years as Head Chef at Chambers Bistro in Shoreham and over 2 years Sous Chef at Food for Friends, a very well known vegetarian and vegan establishment in Brighton, I have come to appreciate that food for me has to be first and foremost nutritious and well balanced... with a chef's touch. If you're busy and don't have lots of time to cook but want convenient healthy meals I will come to your house to prepare, cook and store either a 3-day or 5-day meal plan, all you'll have to do is heat them up...
